30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received at our warehouse, it will be inspected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 48 hours of receipt.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, the funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our mistake, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

All U.S. returns are processed through our domestic U.S. fulfillment network.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
