30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our mistake, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
